Total-cost routing for C&D, MSW, Class I & Class III loads

You’re dumping money along with your waste.

The closest dump site is often not the cheapest one.

Dump Run calculates the cost of every run as it actually hits your P&L: your truck consuming diesel at 6–7 MPG, drive time, minutes on the scale, and the facility's tipping fee. Then it ranks your sites by lowest total cost. Change the numbers below and watch the order flip. The same math runs no matter what's doing the hauling: refuse truck, roll-off, dump truck, pickup and trailer, as long as the load's headed to a site that charges by weight or volume.

Distances are yours to edit (no live routing here). In exchange mode, the second leg runs from each dump to the next job, so a farther dump that's on the way can win. Tipping structures are fixed sample values. The full version pulls real routes and uses your own facility rates.
Why distance lies

The nearest dump can put you farther from your budget.

Fuel
Fuel is almost noise

A loaded roll-off gets about 6.5 MPG. Twenty extra round-trip miles at today's diesel price is real money, but rarely the deciding factor once labor and tipping enter the picture.

~$16
The clock runs the whole time

Drive time and minutes stuck at a slow scale house are all paid labor. Fifteen minutes further each way is a half hour of wages, about sixteen dollars, on every single load.

$76
Tipping fees are the swing

$39/ton versus $58/ton on a 4-ton load is a seventy-six dollar gap, enough to wipe out a shorter drive and then some. This is what the map never shows you.

The full version

Your yard, your trucks, your numbers on every run.

Your real sites

Every facility you use, with its own per-ton, per-yard, or flat rate and minimum charge. C&D, MSW, Class I, Class III, concrete, roofing, or whatever your market runs.

Live routing

Traffic-aware drive time and mileage from the truck's current location, not a hand-typed guess. Dump & return or exchange, it does the math either way.

Drivers & dispatch

Each driver signs in with their own truck's MPG and labor rate. Dispatch runs estimates for bids without tying up a driver.

A decision log

Every run recorded (site chosen, cost, and why), then reconciled against the scale ticket so you can see how often the estimate was right.

Works with your on-board scale

The scale reports the weight; Dump Run reports the cheapest place to put it. Turn the hardware you already bought into a per-load cost decision.

Early access

See it with your yard's numbers.

We're onboarding a first group of haulers and franchise operators, loading their real sites, drivers, and tipping rates, and watching a week of runs. Tell us where to reach you.

Your contact details are only used to set up and reach you about your trial. We never share, sell, or market them elsewhere. Once you're using Dump Run, we only ever see aggregate results (never your rates, sites, or day-to-day decisions) to confirm the numbers are accurate and improve the software.
